Description
One of the most iconic scenes from Suffolk, the Tidemill at Woodbridge. Woodbridge is my hometown and I have drawn and painted this area many times. Here is an original acrylic painting capturing the soft pink evening light and the contrasting business of the boat yard infront of the tidemill. The river being low tide gives endless opportunities for interesting reflections and textures in the mud! One of my favourite paintings of one of my favourite places. Framed in a thick white frame to enhance the evening colours in this scene.
